It’s unclear what the root of the login issue was, though the Among Us Twitter account’s recent tweet suggests that it may have been partially caused by multiple users logging into the same device non-simultaneously. This issue came after the new Airship map’s release at the end of last month. It’s possible that the annoying bug could have accidentally come alongside the update, sometimes resulting in the error messages “GoogleAuthNoToken” and “LinkAccountFail.”

The easy workaround to this problem was to login as a guest to play Among Us. But now, Version 2021.4.12 should have this issue resolved. Additionally, InnerSloth has reworked the login menu and the general login sequence.
Also in the Among Us update are various bug fixes, likely coming in response to some bugs with the new Among Us Airship map, and some updated translations as well.
Additionally, in the comments, InnerSloth says that it’s currently working on a website where patch notes and developer updates can be published. While InnerSloth currently has its own website with a page dedicated to Among Us, it only features the general outline of the game with a trailer and some press photos.
Some users are still reporting some bugs blocking players from obtaining all Airship outfits, even after installing the newest update. For the time being, players who are experiencing this issue will likely need to wait until the next patch release.
Among Us is available now on Mobile, PC, and Switch. Xbox One and Xbox Series X versions will release in 2021.
