Users now can easily change their device brightness, turn on Airplane Mode, and tweak other settings with a swipe down from the top of their screen at any time. There are also plans to add new filters, a new collections view, and a scroll bar that users can interact with.
The update is meant to roll out slowly over the coming weeks and will be available on eligible devices, including the Kindle Paperwhite (7th Generation and above), as well as the 8th Gen or newer Kindle, and the Kindle Oasis.
